Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Rare 2-3 min Medium 2-4 min Needs Cooking. Remove all packaging 10 mins before cooking. Set butter and bay leaf to one side. Preheat pan to high. Lightly oil and season steak. Place steak into dry pan, turn halfway through cooking. Reduce heat and add butter and bay leaf to the pan. Cook for the last 1 min of cooking, pour over steak to finish. Rest on a warmed plate for 5 mins. Do not reheat.
