Chow Mein
Ingredients
350g Chicken mini breast fillets or vegan alternative
2 x 150g Medium noodles
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
2 Cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 Spring onions, sliced into 2cm pieces
150g Beansprouts
1 tbsp Sesame oil to finish
Sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
A pinch of white pepper
1 tbsp water
Instructions
1. Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl
2. Heat the oil in a wok or a large pan and cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes
3. Add vegetable ingredients and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the sauce and cook for 1 minute
5. Add the noodles and cook for 1 minute and serve
