Preparation and Usage
To Serve
Empty the gravy into a pan and heat over a medium heat stirring throughout until hot. Slice pork into 1-2 cm slices and serve with the gravy.
Cooking guidelines
Air Fry - From Chilled. 200°C, 40 mins
Remove all packaging and place the gravy sachet to one side. Decant the contents of the pouch, discard the juices and pat the rind dry. Place the meat in a foil lined air fryer tray with the rind facing up. Cook for 40 mins or until crackled. Remove from the air fryer and rest for 5 mins.; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
For best results oven cook.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 240°C / Fan 220°C / Gas 9, 1 hour
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place the gravy sachet to one side.
Decant the contents of the pouch, discard the juices and place the meat on small flat baking tray with the rind facing up.
Pat the rind dry and lightly sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of salt over the rind.
Leave at room temperature for 10 mins.
Pat the rind dry and sprinkle again with salt. Place tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 1 hour or until crackled.
Remove tray from the oven and rest for 5 mins.
