Cooking guidelines
Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 28 mins
Pre heat the oven. Remove all packaging and wrap two fillets and two butter pellets in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of a preheated oven for 28 mins. Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook. Cooking instructions are for two fillets, more than two fillets may require longer cooking time. Do not reheat.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. 12 mins
Remove all packaging. Heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan over a low-medium heat. Add two sea bass fillets skin side down and cook for 8 mins. Turn the fillets and cook for a further 4 mins, adding two butter pellets to the pan for the last minute, spooning over the fish as it melts.
