This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
Cooking guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.
Thickness of fish may vary. Thicker pieces will take longer to cook.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 17 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Line a baking tray with foil. Place fish on foil and season with salt and pepper.; Poach - From Chilled. 6 mins
Remove all packaging. Pre-heat enough water/milk to cover fish in a saucepan. Once simmering add fish. Remove from liquid with a slotted spoon.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 8 mins
Remove all packaging. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Turn once during cooking.
