Mr Organic Italian Pudding Rice (500g) - Vegan, Organic

Plant Based Rice Pudding
Ingredients:
- 100g Mr Organic Pudding Rice
- 240ml water
- 480ml plant milk
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 50g sugar
Method
1. Add 100g of Mr Organic Pudding Rice to a saucepan.
2 Add 240 ml of water to the saucepan and bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add plant milk and cinnamon.
4. On medium heat, simmer for another 15 minutes with the lid off. Stir often.
5. Stir in the sugar and keep simmering for a couple more minutes, until the sugar is dissolved and the rice pudding is thick and creamy to your taste.
