Preparation and Usage
Cooking InstructionsAdd me to a pan of salted simmering water. (Use 1 litre of water for every 100g of pasta). Stir once or just enough to separate the pasta. Boil for 9 minutes or until al dente.Top Tip: For added creaminess and flavour, drain a little of the pasta water into your sauce at the end of cooking.

Why not try Mezzi Rigatoni with Basil Pesto, Semi-Confit Cherry Tomatoes and Fine Beans:Ingredients (Serves 4):- 340g Mr Organic Oat Mezzi Rigatoni- 130g Mr Organic Basil Pesto- 200g Cherry Tomatoes- 200g Fine BeansMethod:Cut in half the cherry tomatoes and place them on a baking tray. Add salt, black pepper, a touch of Mr Organic Olive Oil and cook in the oven for 15-20 mins at 150 °.Blanch the fine beans in salted boiling water for roughly 2 minutes.Cook pasta as per instructions.In a large saucepan add Mr Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, semi/confit tomatoes, fine beans, 3 generous teaspoons of Mr Organic Basil Pesto and mix it with the pasta. Buon Appetito!
