Preparation and Usage
Made of individual, long, flat ribbons, I'm best served with rich, thick sauces with chunky textures. Stir in Mr Organic Lentil Ragu for a great vegan option or toss together with aubergines and toasted pine nuts.

For added creaminess and flavour, drain a little of the pasta water into your sauce at the end of cooking.

Instructions
Hob - From Chilled. Add pasta to a pan of well-salted boiling water. Cook for 10-11 minutes until perfectly al dente.
