You will need
- 175ml Semi-skimmed milk
- 115g Melted butter or 115ml vegetable oil
- 3 Medium eggs
- Mr Kipling signature chocolate fudge fill & glaze icing (optional)
3 Easy Steps
Mix: Preheat oven to 170/150 Fan/Gas 3. In a jug, blend the eggs & milk.
Whisk: Place the Mr Kipling signature triple chocolate cake mix into a bowl. Pour in the eggs, milk and melted butter or oil. Then whisk for 1.5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Bake: Pour cake mix evenly between the two prepared sandwich tins and level with a spoon. Bake in the centre of the oven for 24 to 28 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the sponge comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack, then you're ready to fill and glaze.
