Preparation: Just add an egg, butter or oil, and water to a jug, mix and then add to the mix. Gently mix then whisk for two minutes until well combined. Pour evenly into a baking tray that you have greased or lined, and bake in the centre of the oven for 22 to 26 minutes or until crisp on top with a moist chocolatey centre.
