Instructions:
Heat: Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C Fan/Gas Mark 5.
Whisk: Tip the Mr Kipling Signature Madagascan Vanilla & White Chocolate Blondie mix into a bowl and pour in the melted butter or oil, egg & water. Using a hand held electric whisk, mix for 1 minute 30 seconds on a medium speed until well combined.
Bake: Pour into the prepared tray and level with a spoon, bake for 24 - 28 minutes until crisp on the top and moist in the centre.
Enjoy: Remove from oven and allow to cool in the tray before cutting into squares.
