Usage Instructions: Just add eggs, butter or oil, and milk to a jug, mix and then add to the cake mix. Gently mix then whisk for two minutes until smooth and creamy. Pour evenly between two greased and lined cake tins, and bake in the centre of the oven for 24 to 28 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean. This pack makes a cake with 12 portions. Also can bake 12 traybake slices or 16 generous cupcakes. Icing is sold separately. For a rich finish, fill, top or glaze with Mr Kipling Signature Madagascan Vanilla Fill & Glaze Icing.
