Preparation and Usage: HOW TO USE THE MOONCUP: Wash your hands. Get into a comfortable position. Fold your Mooncup. Part the labia and place the cup as low down in the vagina as it will comfortably sit. HOW TO REMOVE: Gently squeeze the bottom to release the seal then slide out. Empty contents. Rinse or wipe and reinsert. Recommend emptying every 4-8 hours.
