The first thing you'll notice about the 1858 Iced Sea Automatic Date watch is the striking glacial pattern across its dial. When designing its first sports diving watch, Moncler drew inspiration from the Mer de Glace - or Sea of Ice - the main glacier of the Mont-Blanc Massif, and used the historic technique of gratté-boisé to create its unique, crystalline texture.
