Our team of chefs only use oats that are grown in the UK, to create this creamy and satisfyingly filling porridge, which is also high in fibre. Made with real fruit pieces, this porridge is also low in saturated fat and helps support a healthy heart. A 40g serving of Moma apple, cinnamon & brown sugar porridge contains 1. 3g of oat beta-glucan, which is 44% of the suggested 3g per day. Beta-glucan is a soluble fibre which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.

This creamy porridge is bursting with apple pieces, a pinch of cinnamon and a sprinkling of brown sugar. Our team of oat experts dedicate themselves to every detail of every batch, refining recipes to perfectly pair with the natural flavour of our British wholegrain oats.

Cooking Instructions - Microwave:

• 1. Open the sachet along the tear line and tip the oats into a microwavable bowl.
• 2. Pour your milk of choice into the sachet until it reaches the fill line.
• 3. Add the milk into your bowl of oats and give it a good stir.
• 4. Pop the bowl in the microwave for 1 minute at full power.
• 5. Give it a stir and pop it back into the microwave for 1 more minute.
• 6. Give it one last stir, leave to stand for 1 minute and tuck in.

Please don't reheat, polish it off in one go.

Cooking Instructions - Hob:

• 1. Open the sachet and tip the oats into a pan.
• 2. Pour your milk of choice into the sachet until it reaches the fill line, add to your pan and bring to the boil.
• 3. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, giving it a good stir every now and then.
• 4. Once the milk has absorbed, and your porridge is looking creamy, tip it into a bowl and enjoy.

Storage: For best before see bottom of box.... Store in a cool dry place.
