History: Grand Vintage 2015 - the maison's 76th vintage - is the result of an uncertain year marked by a period of dramatic heat, with the hottest temperatures the region has seen since 1961. After six years in the cellar, this champagne has remarkable finesse.
Regional information: In Champagne, 2015 was a year of tension, drama and uncertainty, switching abruptly between mild periods, icy spells and extreme heat.
Plummeting temperatures in August followed with precious downpours relieving the parched soil and allowing a yield of exceptional red-skinned grapes.
Vinification: This distinguished vintage comprises 44% pinot noir, 32% chardonnay and 24% pinot meunier.
