Preparation and Usage

Recipes
Roasted Sweet Chilli Nuts
250 grams Mixed Nuts
1 teaspoon Melted Coconut Oil
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Modern Nature
1 large pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 140 Celsius for 20 minutes.
Healthy Yogurt Mix
Makes 2
300 grams Natural Yogurt
1/2 tsp Modern Nature Liquid Stevia
Fruits, Nuts & Seeds Of Choice
Place the yogurt into a bowl. Add the Modern Nature and stir through. Top with fruits, nuts and seeds of choice.
Porridge
Makes 2
100 grams Porridge Oats
750 ml Milk (dairy, soy, nut & coconut milk all work well)
1/2 teaspoon Modern Nature Liquid Stevia
Topping examples: almonds, berries, toasted coconut, cinnamon
In a saucepan add the milk & oats and bring to a gentle simmer. Simmer for 4 minutes. Once cooked add the Modern Nature. Pour into bowls and add toppings of choice.
Almond & Raspberry Smoothie
Makes 2
2 tablespoons Almond butter (all sugar free nut butters will work)
300ml Milk (all unsweetened diary free milk will also work)
1/4 -1/2 tsp of Modern Nature Liquid Stevia
125g Fresh or Frozen Raspberries (all berry types will work)
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Breakfast Smoothie
Makes 2
125g Frozen Blueberries (or whichever berry type you prefer)
50 grams oats
360ml / 1.5 cup Milk (all unsweetened diary free milk will also work)
1/2 tsp Modern Nature Liquid Stevia
Hot Chocolate
Makes 2
3 heaped teaspoons 100% Cocoa Powder
400ml Milk (all unsweetened dairy free milk will also work)
1 teaspoon Modern Nature Liquid Stevia
Add the cocoa powder to a saucepan. Add a little milk and mix into a paste. Add the rest of the milk. Bring to a gentle simmer. Add the Modern Nature, stir to mix through and serve.
