Preparation and Usage
For Miso SoupSimply stir 1tbsp of miso paste per serving into 180ml of hot water or dashi (Japanese stock). Add spring onions & tofu.

Recipes
1. Stir into soups, stews or noodle broths for a more tasty, nutritious stock2. Mix 1 tbsp. of miso with olive oil & lemon juice for a zesty salad dressing or fish marinade
