Vinification details: Miraval Provence Blanc is crafted with grapes harvested in the cool morning to preserve their freshness. After sorting, they are gently pressed and cold settled to enhance clarity. Fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks to retain vibrant fruit and floral aromas. A portion of the wine is aged on fine lees, adding complexity and texture. This meticulous process ensures a crisp, mineral-driven profile with balanced acidity and a fresh, elegant finish.
