Regional information
Hailing in the majority from vineyards on the coveted south side of the Sainte- Victoire Mountain, where pebbly limestone soils and a broad diurnal temperature range impart the airy freshness for which this climate is renowned. The blend is elevated by fragrant components sourced from select vineyards in the central Var, and the golden triangle at the foothills of the Maure mountain range, contributing to richer textural depth and complexity.
Tasting notes
Pale rosé with soft peach hues. Bright aromas of vineyard peach and ripe pear, layered with mango and papaya, lifted by fresh grapefruit. Silky and elegant on the palate, with generous flavour and a long, clean, refreshing finish.
Vinification details
Night harvested followed by gentle direct pressing and partial liquid maceration (stabulation), before temperature controlled fermentation. The wines are protected with inert gas throughout the winemaking process. Vegan-friendly.
