Direction For Hot Use:
- Remove microwaveable pouch from the Hottie.
- Ensure microwave turntable is clean and can rotate freely.
- Place pouch inside the microwave ensuring the filling is evenly distributed.
- Fold the pouch if it cannot be positioned flat on the turntable.
- Place a half-filled cup of water in the microwave with the product.
- Heat up to a maximum of 45 seconds for 0-600 watt microwaves and a maximum of 30 seconds for 650-1000 watt microwaves.
- If it feels too cool for your needs, warm again in increments of 15 seconds at a time.
- Once heated, allow to cool for 30 seconds before use.
- Place heated pouch back inside the Hottie and secure closing.
Direction For Cold Use:
- Remove pouch from the Hottie.
- Place the insert in a plastic bag and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until desired temperature is achieved.
- Place chilled pouch back inside the Hottie and secure closing.
