Our Miaroma Sleep diffuser oil has been expertly blended with Lavender, Orange, Cedarwood and Valerian to prepare you for a relaxing and peaceful night's sleep. Simply add 6 to 8 drops into your diffuser or burner or add a few drops to your bath for a calm and blissful night's sleep.
Add 6 to 8 drops into your diffuser or burner or dilute 4-6 drops for every 20ml of blending oil before use. For massage, bath and vaporisation.
