Cooking Instructions - General. For best results pan fry from frozen. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check product is piping hot before serving.; Grill - From Frozen. Preheat grill to medium. Place product on wire rack of grill pan and cook for 10-12 mins, turning occasionally.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Preheat oven to 200C/Fan 180C/Gas Mark 6. Place product on baking tray and cook in middle of oven for 14-16 mins, turning halfway through cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Heat 1tsp (5ml) oil in a pan on a medium low heat and cook for 12- 14 mins, turning regularly.
