A Step-By-Step Guide to Perfect Pouring:
1. Pack your glass with ice. Larger cubes melt slower, diluting the flavours less.
2. Pour your spirit then add Merchant's Heart. Do this slowly so you don't lose carbonation.
3. So you don't lose the bubbles, stir very gently once or twice.
4. When using citrus to garnish, use a zest, not a wedge. This reduces carbonation loss and enhances flavour.
5. Make it your own by adding spices, sprigs of herbs or dehydrated fruits.
