Our deep red Sun-Dried Tomatoes are wonderfully rich and sweet in flavour, as they've been left to intensify in the sun after ripening. Mix them into sauces, stews, salads and bread mixes to add some Mediterranean warmth to your meal.

Store in a cool dry place.Once open store in an airtight container.

Preparation and Usage
Easy to prepareThese tomatoes can be added to your cooking as they are. They were sprinkled with salt during the drying process, so if you'd like to reduce their salt content, soak them in hot water for 20 mins. Then rinse and drain. After soaking, refrigerate and use within 2 days.Get creativeFor a rich tomatoev paste: blitz a handful of Sun-Dried Tomatoes together with capers, a dash of olive oil and some garlic. Mix the paste into salad dressings, pasta sauces and soups for extra flavour. These tomatoes are also delicious when chopped into risottos and quiches.

Instructions
For Best Results:Soak in warm water for 30 minutes, rinse thoroughly, the drain. Once re-hydrated, refrigerate and use within 2 days
