Preparation and Usage
Simple to prepareSqueeze the pouch to loosen the grains.For best results, heat through in a pan with a dash of water. Otherwise, tear a 2cm opening at the top and microwave for 45s at 900w, or simply enjoy them cold.

Recipes
A recipe for changeFor a quick and simple classic panzanella salad, cut a mix of different tomatoes in half and place into a bowl with croutons. Marinate a sliced red onion in red wine vinegar and a pinch of sugar. Warm the grains and mix together with the tomatoes, red onion, basil leaves and a generous glug of olive oil. Serve and enjoy!
