Preparation and Usage
Preparation to be consumed after baking.Preparation: 5 minCooking Time: 11 min / 8 minReady in 4 Steps1 Preheat the oven at 220 °C (conventional or fan oven).2 Melt the chocolate buttons (brown bag) in a bowl together with 140 g unsalted butter (in pieces) in the microwave (600 W) for 2 minutes. Mix.3 Add the 3 eggs and the baking mix (white bag) to the melted chocolate. Mix.4 Pour the mixture into a greased rectangular baking tin (30 cm x 20 cm). Bake for 10 - 11 minutes (conventional oven) or 8 minutes (fan oven). Monitor 2-3 minutes before end of indicated cooking time. Take the brownies out of the oven & leave to cool in the mould or tin for 10 minutes. For an even more authentic brownie, allow to cool and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
