Preparation and Usage: To prepare one serving, fill a shaker with 250 ml water or 250 ml semi-skimmed milk, add 30 g powder (approx. 3 tablespoons) and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Alternatively: Stir 30 g into 250 ml max. 60°C hot water. Increased caffeine content (32 mg 100 ml). Contains 10 servings.
