Storage: Keep frozen. If purchased chilled, consume or freeze before best before date. Once frozen, consume within 1 year. If defrosted, keep chilled and consume within 90 days. Once tray is opened, store chilled and consume within 7 days. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Cooking guidelines: Oven cook from chilled. Preheat oven to 160°C or 140°C in a fan assisted oven (Gas mark 3/4). Place cookie dough portions 2 inches apart on baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake 14-16 minutes for a warm and gooey cookie, or 16-18 minutes for a crispy crunchy cookie. Remove from oven and rest on baking sheet.
