Preparation and Usage
Just add water to prepare this classic gravy. Ideal with nut roasts, vegetable bakes or any organic meat dishes.Stovetop method: Blend 14g (approx. 4 tsp) of gravy powder into a saucepan with 200ml of water. Bring to the boil whilst stirring. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until gravy thickens. (Makes approx. 4 servings).Roasting dish method: Sprinkle directly into pan juices, add some water and simmer until gravy thickens. Add a splash of red or white wine for extra flavour.
