Classified as a Monofloral Manuka honey under New Zealand law. This grade has higher MGO levels. To take, simply try a spoonful everyday or mix into hot drinks. Manuka Pharm honey can also be enjoyed as an ingredient in healthy cooking, like smoothies, breakfasts, baking, tonics or hot toddies. Manuka honey is a different consistency to other honeys.
