Make your bath time a pleasant experience with the Mangar Bathing cushion. Whilst sharing many qualities with a standard bathing lift, this bath seat allows the user to settle down on the bottom of the bathtub, providing them with a more comfortable position. ​

In order to raise the individual out of the bath, the cushion will gently inflate and deflate and can be used as a back support. Suckers on the bottom of the cushion ensure it doesn’t slip holding the cushion steadily in place. The cushion can be removed and re-positioned with ease. ​  

The Mangar Bathing Cushion has been tried and tested by Occupational Therapists and been given the OT Recommended seal of approval. All OT Recommended products are tested for their functionality, ease of use and safety.​

How to use

Place in the bath with the compressor on the ground, use the remote to activate the cushion


Important info

Since the cushion is battery-operated, rather than electrical, there’s no need to worry about electrical cables in the bathroom. However, in order to make sure the user’s safety is not at risk, the cushion will not operate unless it has enough charge left to reinflate. Whilst the Mangar Bathing Cushion is accessible to anyone who requires it, to ensure stability, there is a maximum weight limit of 150kg (24 stone)​.  

Another safety feature contained is the strong suckers on the base. These help to hold it in position while in use but will also allow for it to be installed and removed with ease.
