  • The COLOUR is a very pale rose, the AROMA is bright, fresh grapefruit, rich Rhubarb, citrys and anise, and the FLAVOUR is rich, fresh citrus grapefruit with a rich and long juniper finish
  • Distilled in a stainless vacuum still for 5 hours and then blended with spring water and cut to 41 percent ABV
  • MALFY ROSA GIN and TONIC- Fill a copa glass with ice, pour 50ml of Malfy Gin Rosa and 125ml of Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic, stir gently and garnish with a pink grapefruit
  • This Italian gin is the perfect accompaniment to Aperitivo hour

Ingredients:

  • 35ml Malfy Gin Rosa
  • 50ml San Pelligrino Aranciata Rossa
  • 50ml Prosecco
  • Orange wheel
  • Thyme sprig
  • Strawberry slices

Directions: build ingredients in a glass over cubed ice and gently stir to combine. Garnish with an orange wheel, thyme sprig & strawberry slices.
