Malfy Rosa is a pink grapefruit flavoured gin distilled from Juniper, Coriander, Italian Pink Grapefruit, and 4 further botanicals. The colour is a very pale rose, the aroma is bright, fresh grapefruit, rich rhubarb, citrus and anise, and the flavour is rich, fresh citrus grapefruit with a rich and long juniper finish. Distilled in a stainless vacuum still for 5 hours and then blended with spring water and cut to 41% ABV.
