The Malfy distillery is located in Moncalieri outside the city of Torino, an area famous for its fine wines and spirits. It is here that Malfy gin is produced with its loving tones of citrus, a flavour very dear to the hearts of every Italian, producing a truly unique gin that encapsulates this zesty fresh taste.

Tasting Notes:

The zesty story of citrus starts at the nose with a solid backdrop of junipers. A lemon zing hits the tongue with a long and complex finish for a refreshing experience.

Suggested Recipe: Sgroppino

  • 50ml Malfy Gin Con Limone
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 1 scoop lemon sorbet
  • 25ml Prosecco
  • Mint leaf for garnish

- In a cocktail shaker combine the Malfy Gin Con Limone, lemon juice and sugar syrup and shake vigorously

- Strain into a chilled glass and add a scoop of lemon sorbet topping up the glass with prosecco

- Garnish with a min leaf and enjoy!
