When Stephen and Jeany Cronk established Maison Mirabeau, it was with a dream of leaving London to cultivate regenerative winemaking practises in Provence. The Domaine Mirabeau Cotes de Provence La Reserve Rosé is a statement of this ideology; the limited-production single estate rosé is made with organic methods and displays a fresh fruit palate with a floral lift.
