Heat then cool to produce a set dessert.
Shake well before opening.
Instructions
Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Pour into ramekins, cool slightly and then refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours until set. Prior to serving sprinkle with demerara sugar and caramelise with a blow torch.

70 - 100ml Cointreau (to taste)
Demerara sugar
Pour Macphie Crme Brle into a saucepan, add the Cointreau and gently heat to 85-90C, stirring continuously. Pour into ramekins, cool slightly and then refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
