Using a combination of both sherry seasoned oak and bourbon casks, this debut joint venture combines creative talents to celebrate their profound memories of summer days in amber fields in the countryside of Scotland.
Tasting Notes: Rich orange on the nose with notes of lemon and honeysuckle. Hints of vanilla and coconut combine with ripe barley fields. On the palate, rich oak with fruit hints of lemon and melon. Flavours of classic scone, almond and green tea are followed by a rich and sweet finish, thats long and complex.
