Store in a cool, dry place, away from strong odours. Once opened, reseal the pouch to maintain freshness.

Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. ImportantTake care when removing hot liquids from microwave.Do not reheat.; Hob - From Chilled. Add 200ml of milk or water into a pan (adjust quantity to taste).Bring to a gentle simmer. Place 3 heaped tablespoons (40g) of oats and bran into the pan. Continue to simmer for 5-6 min, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is absorbed and the oats are soft.; Microwave - From Chilled. Place 3 heaped tablespoons (40g) of oats and bran into a large microwaveable bowl. Add 200ml of milk or water and stir well. Adjust quantity to taste. Stir halfway through.750w 5min 30sec850w 5minAllow to stand for 1 min. Guide for one portion only.
