M& S Sushi Rice
Short grain sushi rice perfect for making sushi and using in poke bowls. Suitable for vegans.


Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. To ensure freshness, peel off sticker provided and use to reseal pack after opening.

Preparation and Usage
How to prepare rice for Sushi or Poke Bowl - mix together 1 1/2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar; 1 1/2 teaspoons caster sugar; 3/4 teaspoons salt. Add to the cooked rice and stir.

Instructions
Boil - From Ambient. 20 minsPlace 75g of rice per person into a sieve and rinse well with cold running water. Put the rice in a pan and cover with 100ml of cold water. Swirl pan to distribute rice evenly and place pan on hob. Bring to boil and reduce the heat to the minimum and cover. Simmer for 15 mins or until the water has been absorbed. Remove from the heat, fluff up the rice and let it sit for 5 mins. Do not reheat.
