Grilled Steak - Serves 2
You Will Need
2 tbsp olive oil, 2 sirloin or ribeye steaks, 6 tsp steakhouse seasoning
Method
1. Lightly brush oil onto the steak.
2. Place onto a hot griddle/frying pan & seal for 1-3 mins on each side depending on your cooking preference.
3. Sprinkle each side of steaks with seasoning & cook for a further 30 secs-1 min.
4. Remove from heat & rest for 5 mins before serving.
