Tender, ros veal shin with the bone in, sourced from British calves. Simply season, pan-fry till browned and slow-cook in the oven. High in protein.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0C to +5C. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Remove all packaging and preheat oven. Season meat and brown in frying pan. Place in a casserole dish and cover with sauce or stock. Add vegetables and seasoning of choice. Cover and place in oven. Cook for 2-3 hour.
190C, Fan 170C, Gas 5, 2-3 hour
Serve and enjoy.
Do not reheat.
