For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0C to +4C. Once opened use immediately. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Roasting tin will contain hot liquid after cooking.
The chicken is washed and ready to cook.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200C, Fan 180C, Gas 6, 40 Mins per kg + 30 Mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place chicken in a roasting tin. Brush product with oil or butter and season with salt and pepper. Refer to cook time on front of pack. Check chicken during cooking and cover with foil if necessary to avoid excessive browning. Remove from oven and leave to stand for 10 mins before carving. Check that product is thoroughly cooked before serving.
Do not reheat.
