Due to the nature of bacon, the meat may be a light pink colour when cooked. It's still perfectly safe to eat.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Handling raw meat safely: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Electric 200C, Fan 180C, Gas 6, 25 mins
Needs cooking.
Remove all packaging. Preheat oven.
Place on preheated baking tray in centre of oven. Turn occasionally.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked before serving.
Do not reheat.

Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat immediately.
