Recipes Recipe Suggestion: Crispy roast parsnips - serves 4. You Will Need: 9 tsp roots for roasting seasoning, 500g Parsnips, peeled & cut into chunky wedges, 7 tbsp vegetable oil. Method: Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6. 1. Simmer the parsnips in water for 3-4 mins, drain & set aside. 2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a baking tray, use the rest to coat the parsnips, then sprinkle with seasoning. 3. Transfer the parsnips to the baking tray & roast for 30-35 mins until golden brown, turning halfway through.
