Cooking Instructions - General. Guide for one pack only.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 2 mins
900W 2 mins
Cook on high (100%).
Empty contents into a microwaveable bowl.
Heat for 1 min, remove and stir, and heat for a further 1 min.
Allow to stand for 1 min. Stir before serving.; Stir Fry - From Chilled. In a hot wok, stir fry protein until lightly browned. Add veg and stir fry as stated on pack.
Add noodles and this sauce and continue to stir fry until piping hot. Serve immediately.
Ensure protein and veg are fully cooked before serving.
