Hob - From Ambient. Heat contents gently in a saucepan, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.

Recipe SuggestionVegan LasagneIngredients3 red peppers2 courgettes8 tbsp olive oil300g passata300g Made Without Wheat lasagne sheets1 jar of M& S Vegan BechamelHandful of cherry tomatoes, halved. Method1. Heat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Deseed the peppers, halve, then cut into large chunks. Trim ends off courgette, then cut into slices about 1/2 cm thick. Lightly grease 2 large baking trays, then place peppers and courgettes on top. Toss with the olive oil, season well, then roast for 25 mins until lightly browned. 2. Reduce oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4. Lightly oil a deep ovenproof serving dish (30 x 20cm). Arrange a layer of the roasted vegetables and halved cherry tomatoes on the bottom, then pour over a third of the passata. Top with a layer of lasagne sheets, drizzle over a quarter of the vegan bechamel. Repeat until you have 3 layers of pasta. To finish, spoon vegan bechamel over the pasta, making sure the whole surface is covered. Bake for 45 mins until bubbling and golden. Also makes a delicious vegan alternative to cheese sauce, simply heat vegan bechamel until hot, turn off heat and stir through 100g cheese alternative.
