Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Handling raw poultry safely: this product contains raw poultry. Do not wash. Must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Remove all packaging. Season with salt and pepper. Lightly coat frying pan with oil. Cook on a medium heat for 8-10 mins. Turn occasionally.
