Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220C, Fan 200C, Gas 7, 40-50 mins
Preheat oven.
Remove all packaging.
Place defrosted portions on a baking tray.
Brush product with a little oil or melted butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover with foil and cook in the middle of the oven.
Check the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat.
