Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220C, Fan 200C, Gas 7, 25-30 mins
Preheat oven. Place on a baking tray. Brush product with a little oil or melted butter. Season with salt and pepper. Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 20-25 mins
